2Care4 at home® provides a Domiciliary Care service to a whole range of people within their own home.

Our staff are committed to providing the very best service they can to support individuals in their own homes. Whilst respecting choices and wishes we will work with you to achieve a package of care which meets your needs and at the same time promotes the principles of health and safety for both you and our staff.

From assistance with daily living tasks, e.g. help with breakfast and getting washed and dressed to full 24 hours care, we undertake tasks to support you so you can continue to live in your own home as independently as possible.

Our list of services is not exhaustive if there is anything you require that is not on the list, just ask.

Our staff provide assistance with:

Personal Care tasks, which may include assistance showering, bathing or just having a wash whichever you prefer.

Getting dressed

Assistance in preparing meals

Shopping - we can take you with us as your own choices are important, or we can collect a list and do the shopping for you – we will always make sure we know what brand you would like us to buy!

Assistance with taking / prompting medication

Cleaning - as a one off service or as often as you like

Laundry

Ironing

We can also provide a 'live in care service' - at night you may wish to have a Carer who is awake and available or 'just there' sleeping in. Whichever is required we would be happy to discuss this with you.
