Quality Standards
Vision
2Care4 at home® is committed to delivering high standards of person centred care and services to its service users and customers.
Goals
- All staff respect service users rights of choice, independence, privacy, beliefs, dignity and fulfilment.
- To deliver the service in a non-discriminatory way in line with company anti-discriminatory/equal opportunities policy.
- To ensure staff undergo training to develop the skills and knowledge required to meet service user needs appropriately.
- To ensure continued high standards in meeting legislative requirements.
Improvements
Effective complaints and compliments procedures; ensure complaints and compliments are logged and actioned appropriately the information is then shared with care staff, service users, service users relevant others and made available to CQC (Care Quality Commission) or to CSSIW (Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales).
The company undertakes a quality management review at least annually and as necessary after any reviews or findings from quality audits.
Issues raised from quality monitoring and measuring are analysed and action taken. As per the company quality framework
Guidance will be sought from stakeholders as a result of any issues and company policies and procedures reviewed.
CQC has implemented an Annual Quality Assurance Assessment which 2Care4 at home® will be undertaking, any recommendations from the assessment will be acted upon as part of the systems in place for continued improvement in quality.
At least annually 2Care4 at home® will make changes to systems of work following careful review and analysis of quality measures; always taking into consideration the needs of the service user and any desired outcomes based on this.
