Franchise Fee

The initial investment is £19,995 (exc. VAT) and includes:

  • Licence to trade and operate under the 2Care4 at home® name
  • Territory research data
  • An induction and training programme at our Head Office in Nuneaton, supported by help in setting up your office and establishing 2Care4 at home® in your territory
  • A "brand kit" including a package of stationery together with an initial supply of staff work wear
  • Full assistance with accreditation with the necessary care registration authorities including 1st year CQC/CSSIW fees
  • Detailed business planning and funding advice
  • Support in setting up your office and establishing 2Care 4 at home® in your territory
  • A full programme of on going training, staff training programmes and materials
  • An IT package, which includes training and full 24/7 support in the 1st year and hosted email addresses and webpage
  • A marketing launch package to establish your business within the territory
  • Dedicated Head Office personnel on hand to support you and your business

On-going management fees

Franchisees will pay two on-going fees:

  1. Management fee based on a percentage of gross sales revenue
  2. Sales and Marketing fee based on a percentage of gross revenue sales

The Sales and Marketing fee will be managed independently and used to promote the 2Care4 at home® brand and its franchisee's.

Working Capital

Franchisees will also be required to find and set up their own 2Care4 at home® office and the capital costs for this will vary by location.

In addition franchisees will also have a working capital requirement of between £10,000 and £20,000 that will help support the development and growth of the business in the early months.
