2Care4 at home® provides a Domiciliary Care service to a range of people within their own homes.
From assistance with daily living tasks, e.g. help with breakfast and getting washed and dressed to full 24 hours care, we undertake tasks to support you so you can continue to live in your own home as independently as possible. We will even assist with your shopping. The following list is not exhaustive, please contact us if you have any requirements not listed.
Our staff provide assistance with:
- Personal care tasks, which may include assistance getting dressed, showering, bathing or just having a wash whichever you prefer.
- Assistance in preparing meals.
- Shopping - we can take you with us as your own choices are important, or we can collect a list and do the shopping for you – we will always make sure we know what brand you would like us to buy!
- Assistance with taking / prompting medication.
- Cleaning, laundry & ironing - as a one off service or as often as you like.
- We can also provide a 'live in care service' - at night you may wish to have a support worker who is awake and available or 'just there' sleeping in. Whichever is required we would be happy to discuss this with you.
